Belize importing rice to cope with shortage -

Recent flooding from Tropical Storm Arthur in the Northern parts of Belize have devasted the rice crop. As a result the Belize government has given the ok to import rice from the US and Mexico. The shipments are expected to supplant the crops destroyed by recent storms.
