Belize Scouts Host Central America Cub Scout Event -

In 2009, scouts in Belize will host the Central American Cub Scout Encounter. The event will take place at Camp Oakley over the Easter holiday in 2009.

2008 Belize Tourism Expo now being prepared -

The Belize Tourism Industry Association and Belize Tourism Board are now working on the five-day tourism event. The expo is held every two years.

The Lodge recieves first Ecoclub rating in Belize -

The Lodge in Big Falls Staff, Belize became the first resort in Belize to obtain the title 'Ecolodge'. The title represents efforts in conservation and being environmentally-friendly.
